Full Membership

 Full Members are entitled to

  • participate in all bmcoforum activities;
  • participate in the Plenary Meetings of the bmcoforum;
  • vote at the Plenary Meetings pursuant to the Articles of Association;
  • delegate representatives to all Working Groups;
  • submit written motions to the bmcoforum Board to be dealt with at the next Plenary Meeting;
  • make oral motions to the Board during a Plenary Meeting (e.g. emergency motions);
  • receive information on the activities of the bmcoforum and their outcome and have access to all documents relating to such activities.
